摘要
利用TPR,Mssbauer谱等技术研究了ZSM-5沸石的碱改性及MnO等因素对铁-锰/沸石催化剂中铁的还原过程及难易程度的影响。随改性ZSM-5沸石碱性的增强,金属活性组分TPR耗氢峰温向高温方向位移,即还原过程发生变化,铁变得更难被还原。首次研究了担载型Fe-MnO催化剂中MnO的助剂作用,表明分子筛担载型催化剂中MnO是铁还原的促进剂。解释了碱改性ZSM-5担载Fe-MnO催化剂中影响催化活性的各种因素,并与实验结果进行了关联。
TPR and Mossbauer spectroscopy were employed to study the influence of alkali modification of ZSM-5 zeolite and the action of MnO promoter on the reduced process and the reducibility of iron as well as on the property of the catalyst. It is found that TPR peaks of metal component shift to higher temperature side with the increase of basic strength of the support. It may be thought that the reduction process is changed and iron becomes more difficult to be reduced. For the first time, the action of MnO promoter in supported Fe-MnO/ZSM-5 is studied, and it is concluded that MnO is a reduction promoter for iron. The influence of several factors on the catalytic activity are clarified and are correlated with the results of CO hydrogenation.
