摘要
运用热力学计算方法,研究电极棒的炼钢工艺过程和电渣重熔过程,从主要脱氧元素对钢中氧含量的影响入手,揭示了氧含量对重熔不锈钢D类非金属夹杂物的影响规律,提出了提高重熔不锈钢质量的系统改进工艺,经试验效果显著。
Thermodynamics calculation method was used in the study of the melting process and the electroslag remehing process of stainless steel electrodes. The paper discussed the influence of the principle deoxidizing elements on oxygen content in steel and revealed the regularity of the influence of oxygen content on D type inclusion in remehed stainless steel. A systematically improved process was put forward to improve the quality of the remehed stainless steel with remarkable results in the trial test.
