摘要
研究了功能性离子树脂吸附回收黄金冶炼厂的提金尾液中氰化物的技术,静态实验考察了离子转型剂类型与加入量、树脂加入量以及溶液中C l-的累积对吸附过程的影响,动态实验研究了溶液流速对吸附的影响,结果表明经过离子转型、树脂吸附,提金尾液中90%氰化物可以被有效回收,铜的回收率也可以达到80%以上。
The technology of adsorbing and recovering the cyanide in leaching gold tailing solution of gold smelting plant was mainly studied with functionality resin. The type and quantity of ion-transform agent, resin quantity and the accumulation of chloride ions were discussed in static experiment. The dynamic experiment mainly dealt with the effect of solution's flow velocity. The results show that 90% cyanide is effectively recovered and the recovery rate of copper is above 80% after ion-transform and resin adsorption.
