摘要 目的:正确评估呼吸内科住院患者的焦虑水平。方法:应用状态-特质量表(STAI-Form Y)对2005年11月对在我院呼吸内科住院3天以上的63例患者进行焦虑状态评估。结果:63例患者状态焦虑阳性39例(39/63),阳性率61.90%;文化程度:初中以下阳性22例(22/23),阳性率95.65%,高中(中专)阳性12例(12/19),阳性率63.16%,大专以上阳性5例(5/21),阳性率23.81%;女性阳性23例(85.18%)与男性阳性16例(44.44%)比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。63例患者状态焦虑与特质评分,两者呈直线正相关关系(r=0.8896,P<0.0000)。结论:呼吸内科住院患者存在较多的焦虑状态,应用状态-特质量表(STAI-Form Y)能较准确的找出焦虑者,为及时制定相应的对策提供依据。 Objective: To evaluate the anxiety level of patients in respiratory department. Methods: To evaluate the anxiety state of 63 patients who stayed in the respiratory department of our hospital more than 3 days on November 2005 with STM - Form Y. Results: In 63 patients, the numbers of positive anxiety state were 39 cases (39/63), the positive rate was 61.90%. On the aspect of cultural status, the positive number of anxiety state of the patients who had graduated from junior high school or lower was 22 cases ( 22/23), the positive rate was 95.65 % ; that of the patients who had graduated from senior high school or technical secondary school were 12 cases ( 12/19), the positive rate was 63.16% ; that of the patients who had graduated from junior college or higher were 5 cases (5/21), the positive rate was 63.16%. On the aspect of sex, the positive cases were 23 cases (85.18% ) of female and 16 cases of male. There was significant difference between them ( P 〈 0.05). The linear correlation analysis indicated that there was positive correlation between state and trait grade ( r = 0. 8896, P = 0.0000). Conclusion: There was more patients having anxiety state in the respiratory department. It could find the anxious patient decurately by STAI - Form Y and provided a foundation to make relevant coantenneasures in time.
