摘要
对１１例女性原发性尿道癌采用全尿道切除膀胱壁瓣原位尿道重建术进行治疗，取得满意效果，经随访，术后无尿道口坏死退缩及狭窄。文中介绍了手术的方法与技巧，并就女性原发性尿道癌的病因、影响预后的因素及术式的选择等进行了讨论。认为采用全尿道切除膀胱壁瓣原位尿道重建术，能彻底切除原发病灶，术后排尿自如，是女性原发性尿道癌，特别是临床上未发现转移者理想的手术方法。
From 1967 to 1994,11 cases of primary female urethral carcinoma were treatment with radical resection and bladder flap urethra plastic procedure in our hospital. The result was satisfactory. The operative method, the etiology. Affected factors of prognosis and indication of the operative procedure were discussed.
