高效液相色谱法测定氨咖黄敏片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立同时测定氨咖黄敏片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Dalian Elite Hypersil ODS2(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相:0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH至2.6±0.1)-甲醇(6:4),流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:254nm,柱温:20℃。结果对乙酰氨基酚在10.15~101.50μg/ml,咖啡因在0.540~5.404μg/m1浓度范围内线性关系良好;对乙酰氨基酚回收率为99.13%,RSD为0.67%(n=6);咖啡因回收率为98.89%,RSD为0.81%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Paracetamol and Caffeine in Anjkia Huangmin Tables by HPLC. Methods Dalian Elite Hypersil ODS2 (200 mm ×4.6 ram,5μm)column was used. The mobile phase was metha- nol-0.01 mol· KH2PO4 solution( pH was adjusted to 2.6 ± 0.1 with phosphoric acid) (6: 4). The flow rate wasl. 0 ml/min ;The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm ;The column temperature was 20℃. Results The linear range was within 10. 15 - 101.50 μg,the average recovery was 99.13% ( n = 6) ,RSD was 0. 68% for Paracetamol,and a linear range was within 0.540- 5. 404 μg,the average recovery was 98.90% (n =6),RSD was 0.80% for Caffeine. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the tablets.
