摘要
目的观察微波加干扰素α2b治疗女性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法用微波加干扰素α2b治疗尖锐湿疣120例,与120例单用微波治疗作对比。观察两组的临床疗效。结果两组临床治愈率无差异,治疗后复发率比较,治疗组为2.67%,对照组为31.54%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微波加干扰素α2b治疗女性尖锐湿疣临床治愈率高,复发率低。
Objective To observe the microwave adds the curative effect and function mechanism of the female condyloma aeuminatum treatment in α-interferon treatment. Methods 120 cases of condyloma acuminatum were treat and compared with 120 cases with the microwave treatment with the microwave and a-interferon. Results Two clinical cure rates made no difference, relapsing after curing the rate compare, the treatment set was 2.67 %, the matched control was 31.54 %. It had obvious difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The microwave adds the clinical cure rate in female CA in treatment in α-interferon high,relapse the rate low,is an ideal method to treat CA.
