摘要 通过概括我国中小学校长培训的五种模式,评析了现存模式缺乏目的性、针对性、主体性、时代性的弊端,提出未来校长培训模式的构建应从各地的实际出发,分层分类多元化地进行,真正做到按需施训。 There are five principal modes in training headmasters of primary end middle schools. However, the current training modes don't have a definite purpose; it's not very clear what and whom they are aimed at; they fail to keep up with the trend. Therefore, the future training modes must be built up on the practical situation of the local places. The training should be conducted at different levels and in varied ways in order to realize the goal of training for the practical needs.
