摘要 糖化白蛋白是一种重要的糖基化产物,也是反映糖尿病血糖变化的敏感指标,与糖尿病血管并发症关系密切。现从糖化白蛋白对基质功能的影响、与特异性受体作用等方面,对其在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的作用及机制作一综述,为临床防治糖尿病及其并发症提供新的思路。 Human glycosylated albumin is an important glycosylation product and a sensitive index which refleets the change of blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus. It is closely related to diabetic vascular complications. Through the aspects of its influences on matrix function and its reaction with special receptors, etc. , the roles and their mechanisms of human glycosylated albumin in the incidence and development of atherosclerosis are reviewed, in order to seek a new way to clinically prevent and treat diabetes mellitus and its complications.
