摘要
我国直购电试点从前期准备到具体实施,都面临着许多问题,其中最为关键的是输配电价的核定。分析了试点工作中存在的法律障碍、电能计量、输配电价、监督权限等问题,主要从技术和电价2方面提出相关建议。
Tbere are many problems during the course of preparation and implement of the experimental unit of directpurchasing in china, the most important of which is checking and ratifying the transmission and distrihution tariff. The paper analyzes law barrier, electric energy measurement, transmission and distribution tariff, supervision limit in experimental work and gives some suggestions about technology and power rate.
