摘要
把社会资本概念引入到我国家族企业的理论研究中,指出了家族企业社会资本的含义及作用,探讨了家族企业社会资本发生作用的社会经济背景。
This thesis introduces the social capital concept into the theoretical research of family enterprises in China,and points out the implication and function of social capital in family enterprises. Soc, ial economic background under which social capital in family enterprise exerts its function has also been considered.
