摘要
总结5例显微镜下型多血管炎(MPA)患者的护理,以探讨显微镜下型多血管炎患者的护理方法。认为做好对MPA患者的临床症状和身体评估是非常必要的,同时也要做好发热、咯血、急慢性肾功能不全、关节肌肉疼痛、贫血及其他相应的对症护理,以便提高MPA患者的护理质量。
The authors summarzied the nursing of microscopic polyangitis （MPA） so as to explore the nursing methods of microscopic polyangitis patients. They argued that it was very necessary to evaluate the clinical symptoms and health conditions of MPA patients carefully and nursing care for MPA, such as fever, hemoptysis, chronic renal failure, arthralgia and anemia should also be well performed in order to improve nursing quality.
