摘要
E-Learning作为一种新的教学与学习模式给英语教学带来了深刻的变革,英语教师要适应这种变革,就必须了解E-Learning的特征,明确自己在E-Learning教育中应具备的新素养。
E-Learning, a new model of teaching and learning, has brought abtout great changes in English teaching. In order to adapt to the changes, English teachers should learn the characteristics of E-Learning and know their new literacy in E-Learning education. Only so ,can they adjust to the demamds of E-Learningera.
