介绍一种具有高耐磨性能的涂层,可用于综合液力系统传动轴的表面,以解决极端条件下的润滑和耐磨问题。讨论了涂层基料、增韧弹性体、引发剂与促进剂、稳定体系及固体润滑剂等因素对涂层性能的影响。
This paper introduces high abrasion resistance coatings for the surfaces of transmission shaft of integrate liquid-power system to solve the problem of lubrication and abrasion resistance under extreme conditions; then discusses the influence of binders, toughening elastomer, initiator and accelerant, stabilizer system and solid lubricator on film properties.
