摘要
为了满足现代高技术战争的需要,提高我军给水部队的快速保障能力,设计出一种新型、高效洗井器。它采用固体火箭发动机作为气体发生器,以射流、振荡和气举等作用为洗井原理,通过洗井前后抽水试验实测数据对固体火箭洗井方法进行了评估。并与空压机洗井、活塞洗井和二氧化碳洗井等多种洗井方法进行了综合比较。试验证明,旋喷式固体火箭洗井器不仅轻便、快捷、高效,而且对丰富洗井理论,提高我军给水保障部队的效率有着重要的现实意义。
With the function of jet stream, vibration,and airlift as flushing principle, a new effective wellwashing equipment was designed to meet the needs of the modern high-tech war and to improve the quick supply ability of the feedwater-troops. It uses the solid rocket engine as an air-making equipment. Based on the data of pumping test, the new method of well-washing was evaluated, and the advantages and disadvantages with those of other well-washing methods compared. The experiment proves that this new wellwashing machine is not only portable,quick and effective, but also enrichs the theory of well-washing, which is important to improve the effiencicy of the feedwater troops.
