神经导航辅助显微手术治疗幕上隐匿型脑血管畸形 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究神经导航系统在隐匿型脑血管畸形显微外科治疗中的作用。方法应用BrainLAB公司的VectorVision神经导航系统辅助显微手术切除隐匿型脑血管畸形26例,并对神经导航用于隐匿型脑血管畸形显微手术的优缺点进行综合评价。结果本组病例中,术后近期复查MRI证实病灶全切除率为100%,患者临床症状均得到改善,无其他重要神经功能受损表现,无手术并发症及术后死亡。结论神经导航系统辅助显微手术切除隐匿型脑血管畸形具有定位准确、动态跟踪、微侵袭、安全可靠等特点,有助于缩短手术时间、提高病灶的切除率及降低手术并发症的发生。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the neuronavigation system in microsurgery of occult cerebrovascular malformations ( OCVM ). Methods 26 patients with occult OCVM were operated with the BrainLAB Vector Vision navigation system-assisted microsurgery. The advantages and disadvantages of this system for OCVM resection were discussed. Results The lesions were removed completely in all patients indicated by magnetic resonance imaging. The clinical symptoms of all patients were improved and their other neural functions were not significantly affected. No complications and death were attributed to the use of this system. Conclusion The neuronavigation system is reliable and accurate in surgical treatment of OCVM. It increases the rate of complete resection ,shortens the operation time and reduces the occurrence of operative complications.
