角膜缘干细胞缺失病理模型不同手术方法的比较

摘要 为探索一种制作角膜缘干细胞缺损病理模型的理想手术方法。采用“一刀法”、“一剪法”和“刀剪结合法”制作家兔和山羊角膜缘干细胞缺损病理模型,用植床外观特征比较手术效果。结果表明,“一刀法”完成的角巩缘切口整齐美观,但植床表面的切痕深浅不一;“一剪法”完成的角巩缘切口痕迹不显且不规整,而植床表面平整;说明“刀剪结合法”完成的角巩缘切口整齐美观且植床表面平整。说明“刀剪结合法”是制作角膜缘干细胞缺损病理模型的理想手术方法。 The objective of present paper is to explore an ideal surgical method for generation of limbal stem ceils deficiency model . "One scalpel method", "one scissors method" and "scalpel-scissors combination method" were used to create limbal stem cells deficiency model of rabbit and goat; The features of limbal stem cell deficiency model by different surgical methods were compared. The results showed that the edge of limbo-sclera created by "one scapel medthod" was tidy, but the surface of corneal stratum was full of bumps and holes. The edge of limbo-sclera created by "one scissors method" was untidy, but the surface of corneal stratum was smooth. The edge of limbo-sclera created by "scalpebscissors combination method" was tidy, and the surface of corneal stratum was smooth. In conclusion," scalpel-scissors combination method" is an ideal method to create limbal stem call deficiency modal.
