摘要
目的:观察腹膜透析并发感染的因素及防治对策。方法:调查分析2005年1月至12月我院肾内科陆续收治的10例因慢性肾功能衰竭行腹膜透析而发生腹膜感染病人。结果:其中1例院内感染,9例院外感染,分析腹膜感染的原因与无菌操作不严、患者的营养状况、文化背景及家庭环境等有直接关系。结论:腹膜透析腹膜感染受多种因素影响,预防和治疗腹膜感染需要采取综合措施。
Objective： To analyze the cause of post - peritoneal dialysis infection （PPDI） and its prophylaxis. Method： Analyzed 10 PPDI cases suffered from chronic renal failure. Result： Only 1 case was hospital onset of infection, the other 9 cases were community infection. The main causes of infection included non - sterile technique and the nourishment, culture background, family circumstance of patient. Conclusion： PPDI is a multi - factors induced disease, and needs combined prophylaxis and treatment.
