摘要
目的:观察、分析水凝胶(清得佳)对糖尿病足(Diabetes Foot DF)的治疗效果。方法:同期观察60例DF患者,分成两组,在基础治疗相同的情况下,治疗组(30例)采用在创面上均匀涂上一层约1~2cm厚度的水凝胶(清得佳)外用包扎治疗。对照组(30例)采用复合碘外用治疗。观察水凝胶(清得佳)对DF创面的动态变化(脱腐、肉芽生长、表皮生长的情况)。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为82%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P〈0.01)。水凝胶外敷创面是一种湿润疗法,对创面无刺激,可为创面提供一个良好的、适合生长的湿润生态环境,并在改善DF创面的基底条件、促进肉芽及表皮生长方面,疗效优于复合碘(P〈0.05)。结论:水凝胶(清得佳)治疗DF有较好疗效。
Objective: To investigate and analysis the therapeutic efficacy of hydrogel in Diabetes Foot (DF). Method: Sixty DF patients were randomly divided into two groups; based on the same basic treatment, 1) Hydrogel group (n = 30): the raw surface was overlayed with 1~2cm thickness hydrogel, then bandaged. 2) control group (n = 30): the raw surface was treated with the compound iodine. To explore the dynamic changes (the condition of aporotten, granulation growth and epidermis growth) of raw surface after using the hydrogel. Result: Hydrogel group's total effective power has reached 100%, which was obviously better than in control group (only 82%, P 〈 0.01) The raw surface overlayed with hydrogel was a moist therapy with no stimulus - reaction, which could provide a favourable and suitable ecological environment for growth ;which could also improve the basal body condition of the raw surface and enhance the growth of granulation and epidemis, its therapeutic effect was better than compound iodine (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Hydrogel has a very good therapeutic effect in DF patients.
