摘要
目的:探讨应用输尿管镜治疗结石的临床效果。方法:我院从2003年1月至2005年12月,对463例输尿管结石经输尿管镜碎石治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:463例病人经输尿管镜成功碎石425例,成功率91.7%。结论:输尿管镜碎石是治疗输尿管结石,尤其是中下段输尿管结石的重要手段。
Objective： To investigate the effects on the management in the treatment of ureter stone with ureteroscope. Method： From Janury 2003 to December 2005 463 patients with ureter stone received ureteroscope, lithotripsy were analyzed retrospectively. Result： 425 of 463 the patients were successfully treated with lit hotripsy of ureteroscope. Conclusion： Uretroscopic lithotripsy is one the effective method in the treatment of ureter stone especially in the middle and lower part of ureters.
