摘要
目的:探讨人工流产术与不良妊娠结局的相关性。方法:回顾分析我院自2003年1月至2005年12月分娩的有完整资料的初产妇,观察组(人工流产组)与对照组(无人工流产组)各400名。结果:观察组中前置胎盘、胎盘粘连(植入)、产后出血的发病率与对照组比较有显著的差异性(P<0.01)。观察组中流产次数越多,前置胎盘、早产、胎膜早破、胎盘粘连(植入)的可能性越大,有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:人工流产术对再次妊娠时出现不良妊娠结局有很大影响,应加强宣传教育,有效地控制人工流产率。
Objective： Inquiry into the relativity outcome. Method： A retrospective study of matched between induced abortion and the bad pregnancy final case - control was performed among the women which have complete data and give birth to baby in 3 years in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2005. A total of 400 pregnant women with induced abortion were identified and matched to 400 pregnant women without induced abortion. Result： The rate of placenta previa and placenta connection or transplantion and postpartum hemorrhage among the observation group is more different significantly than that of the control group （p 〈 0.01）. With the times of the induced abortion increasing, the possibility of placenta previa and premature rupture of memberane and premature delivery and placenta connection or transplantion is more obvious （p 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Induced abortion influences to the bad pregnancy final outcome in another pregnancy. It is important that we must make measures to control the rate of the induced abortion effectively.
