摘要
水泥土搅拌桩处理软土地基在水利工程上应用很少，在苏北地区较少有成功的案例。针对淮河人海水道衡河涵闸工程的淤泥质土，成功地采用了水泥土搅拌桩进行地基处理，从试桩确定打桩工艺直到桩身强度检测和复合地基的承载力测试的整个过程，进行了分析和总结，提出了一套切实可行的对淤泥质土采用水泥土搅拌桩的施工工艺确定方法。

The author had successful adopted cement soll mix stake to dispose silt＇s soil of ground in huaihe get into sea waterway＇s heng river culvert and floodgate engineering, and analyse and summary to trial stake for determine technology of pile driving, stake＇s strength and bearing capacity of compound ground, and puts forward a set of feasible construction technology of cement soil mix stake to dispose silt＇s soil of ground.
