摘要
介绍了油雾润滑的基本原理,并通过该系统在安庆分公司Ⅱ套常减压装置机泵群上的实际应用情况表明:轴承润滑状况得到明显改善;机泵维修频率大大降低;保障了装置长周期安全运行,取得了较好的经济效益。
The fundamental principle of oil fog lubrication is introduced in the article. By actual application of oil fog lubrication technology on pumps in the second set of atmospheric vacuum unit in Anqing Branch shows that bearing lubrication has been improved obviously and pump maintenance frequency has greatly reduced, which secure the long-term and safe operation of the unit and preferable economic benefit has been obtained.
