烟气轮机长周期高负荷运行的途径和方法 被引量:3

THE WAY AND METHOD FOR LONG TERM AND HIGH LOAD OPERATION OF FLUE GAS TURBINE-EXPANDER

摘要 北京燕山分公司2000kt/a催化裂化装置的烟气轮机机组,在投运的几年内,存在电仪故障多、气轮机轴振动大及回收率低等一系列问题。通过技术攻关及操作优化,烟气轮机的轴振动值最大不超过70μm,发电量提高至13000kW·h以上,每年停机检修的时间可控制在15天以内,全年的净收效益将达到5460万元,每年可提高效益1620万元。与装置同步运转率由2004年的87%提高到96%,显著提高了经济效益和社会效益。 Flue gas turbine-expander train in 2000kt/a FCC unit of Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation has been troubled with the aspects of signal control system, strong vibration on the shaft of flue gas turbine-expander and low energy recovery rate since it was put into operation for several years. Through storming a technical strategic pass and operation optimization, the biggest vibration value of the flue gas turbine-expander is not exceeding 70μm, power generation is historically raised over 13000kW·h and shut- down period for overhaul is controlled within 15 days, which lead net annual earnings reaching RMB 54.60 million Yuan, RMB16.20 million Yuan increased comparing to the past annual year. The synchronous running ratio is increased from 87% in 2004 to 96%, significantly economic and social benefits have been obtained.
