摘要
破碎理论是解决物料粉碎与能量消耗关系的理论基础,它对合理利用能源、节约能源具有重要的意义。简要回顾与分析了破碎理论的发展,认为现有的破碎理论在粉碎领域做出了重要贡献,但随着技术的发展、粉碎领域的拓宽,已显出了它的局限性,不能适应时代发展的要求,寻求更完善、更准确、使用范围更广的破碎理论已成为技术发展的需要。阐述了物料粉碎系统是一个具有突变本质、不可逆特性与耗散结构的非平衡热力学复杂系统,提出需在多学科相互交叉融合的基础上进行研究的思路。
The theory of comminution is the theoretical basis for solving the relationship between material crushing and energy consumption,which has important significance in the proper use of energy sources and energy saving.This article briefly reviews and analyzes the development of the theory of comminution.It is considered that the current theory of comminuting has made important contributions in the crushing field,however,with the technological development and expanding of the crushing field,it has shown some limitations,which makes it not suitable for the future development.The technological development has made it necessary to seek more perfect,more accurate theory of comminution with wider scope of application.It sets out that the material crushing system is a complicated non-equilibrium thermodynamic system with a catastrophe nature,irreversibility and dissipative structure.It proposes a research idea based on the mix of multiple disciplines.
