摘要
在小型试验装置上,以轻脱蜡膏为原料,采用甲基异丁基酮单一溶剂,采用蜡膏重结晶、多点稀释、两段脱油工艺过程制取微晶蜡。分别对溶剂比、稀释溶剂比和脱油温度进行了考察。结果表明:与采用常规脱油溶剂相比,溶剂比降低,过滤速度和微晶蜡产品的收率提高,且微晶蜡的油质量分数达到小于1%的食品级微晶蜡指标要求。
In the laboratory facility, the microcrystalline wax was prepared using slack wax as feed and MIBK as single solvent for deoiling in the slack wax recrystallization, multi-point dilution and two-stage deloiling process. The effects of the solvent ratio, the dilution solvent ratio and deoiling temperature on the slack wax deoiling were examined. The results show that this solvent offers the advantages of lower solvent ratio, higher filtration rate and higher product yield as compared with conventional solvents. The oil in wax products has met food-grade specification of lower than 1%.
