Study on Kinetics Model of Roller Press Comminution

摘要 通过查阅大量的资料和理论分析推导,提出了辊压机粉碎动力学模型;并在小型辊压机上进行了大量的试验,求得了模型中的两个重要函数即选择性函数和分布函数,最后利用该动力学模型借助计算机处理对轻压机产品粒度分布进行了成功的预测。 The kinetics model of roller press comminution was suggested by consulting many reference materials and theortical analysis.The two important parameters of the model,i.e.selective function and distribution function, were obtained, based on a lot of experiments on the small roller.The particle size distribution of products of roller was predicted successfully with the kinetics model by computer treatment.
