重度烧伤大鼠骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文观察30%体表面积(TBSA)Ⅲ度烫伤对大鼠骨骼肌细胞膜胰岛素受体结合活性和离体比目鱼肌2-脱氧葡萄糖摄取和胰岛素的影响。结果表明,伤后大鼠骨骼肌胰岛素受体最大结合率变化不明显,但受体结合容量明显减少。离体比目鱼肌对2-脱氧葡萄糖基础摄取无明显改变,但胰岛素刺激效应明显降低。提示重度烧伤大鼠由于损伤及未损伤肌肉组织对胰岛素刺激的反应性降低而出现胰岛素抵抗,它可能与胰岛素受体减少有关。 The binding activity of insulin receptor in skeletal muscle cell membrane, and uptake of the 2-deoxyglucose and the effects of insulin in isolated soleus muscles of rats with scalding of 30% TBSA were evaluated. It was found that the highest binding rate of insulin receptor showed no obvious change after scalding, but the maximal binding capacities were significantly reduced. The basal uptake of the 2-deoxglucose in isolated soleus muscles showed no obvious changes post scalding, but the insulin-stimulated 2-deoxyglucose uptake showed markedly reduced. The results suggest that the cause of insulin resistance in skeletal muscle of severe burnt rat might be due to the decreased responsiveness of tissue to insulin, which is likely to be related to the reduced of the insulin receptor capacities.
