摘要
目的探讨慢性肾脏疾病间质纤维化发生过程中血浆醛固酮(ALD)、血管紧张素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)含量的变化。方法应用放射免疫分析法检测各种慢性肾脏间质纤维化患者血浆中ALD和Ang-Ⅱ含量表达。结果肾间质纤维化患者血浆中ALD和Ang-Ⅱ含量均升高,与对照组相比差异非常显著P0.01,而ALD和Ang-Ⅱ呈正相关,r=0.842。结论慢性肾脏间质纤维化与血浆ALD和Ang-Ⅱ含量有关。临床治疗慢性肾脏疾病应给予ALD和Ang-Ⅱ拮抗剂,防止肾间质纤维化的形成。
Objective To investigate the change of aldosterone （ALD） and angiotensin- Ⅱ （ANC-Ⅱ ）in chronic renal interstitial fibrosis.Methods ALD and ANC- Ⅱ were detected by immunoradiometric assay in patients with chronic renal intersitial fibrosis. Results The plasma content of ALD and ANG- Ⅱ in patients were significantly higher than thoses in control group（ P 〈 0.01）and AID was positively correlated with ANG- Ⅱ （ r = 0. 842）. Conclusion Chronic renal interstitial fibrosis was related with the plasm content of KID and ANG- Ⅱ .AID and ANG- Ⅱ antagonist should be applied to chronic renal disease to prevent chronic renal interstitial fibrosis.
