种子真实性及品种纯度蛋白质电泳鉴定技术研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 对电泳技术在不同授粉类型植物种、品种鉴定中的应用研究进展进行全面的概述,旨在提出适用于牧草种子品种鉴定的准确可靠、快速简便的电泳鉴定方法。这一方法的应用与完善,对于控制牧草种子质量,保护已有的优良品种、延长其使用年限、用于DUS检测,保护育种家权益、完善《国际种子检验规程》、加快牧草种子质量标准体系建设、使我国草种检验尽快与国际接轨等方面均有重要意义。
