摘要
本研究观察模拟炮口冲击波和炮口冲击波对生物内脏的影响。单次化爆时,上呼吸道,肺和胃肠道的损伤阈值分别为29.0、29.5和41.2kPa。连续60次化爆时,上呼吸道、肺和胃肠道的损伤阈值分别为21.0、18.0和40.4kPa。在152mm加榴炮连续60次全装药发射后,7只羊中,轻微到轻度冲击伤者,上呼吸道为4只,肺和胃肠道各2只。结果提示化爆时损伤最敏感的器官是肺,而火炮发射时最敏感的器官是上吸吸道;多次爆炸(发射)时,损伤显示相加效应,损伤阈值下降。
The effects of simulating gun muzzle blast waves and gun muzzle blast waves on internal organs of experimental animals were observed in this study. The results showed that in the single TNT explosion, the threshold overpressure values inflicting injury of internal organs were as follows: the upper respiratory tract (URT) 29.0kPa, lung 29.5kPa, gastrointestinal tract (GIT) 41.2kPa. While in the consecutive 60 times of TNT explosions, the threshold values to inflict injury were 21.0, 18.0 and 40.4kPa for URT, Lung, GIT respectively. After firing 60 rounds of top zone charge from the 152 mm gun howitzer, minimal to mild blast injury occured in URT (4 sheeps), lung (2 sheeps) and GIT(2 sheeps) of 7 sheeps. The experimental results suggested that lung is the most sensitive organ to chemically explosive blast waves, the multiple explosion group revealed superimposed effects and the threshold value of the overpressure to inflict injury was lower than that of the single explosion group.
