摘要
简介了国内外深冷密封的研制过程及密封材料的选择、研究和应用情况。重点介绍了我国自己研制的CZ-3A火箭三子级液氢、液氧密封结构,包括铝垫片镀铟密封、榫槽──铟丝密封、橡胶──4J36钢径向温度作用复合密封、4J36垫镀铟轴向温度作用复合密封及球头式组合密封等结构形式。介绍了上述诸结构中密封材料与结构件材料的选择、匹配关系、密封机理等;通过有限量的深冷密封试验数据证明了结构设计、材料选择的合理性。预测了各类深冷密封结构的应用前景,并希望研制出新的密封材料和结构。
The development process of cryogenic seal and the selection of seal materials are outlined. The seal structures of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen of the third substage of CZ-3A rocket which are developed by ourselves are mainly discussed, including the structure of indium-plating aluminium gasket, the tongue-and-groove structure of indium wire, the composite structure of elastomer-4J36 steel with radial temperature action, the composite structure of indium-plating 4J36 with axial temperature action, and the ball-headed composite sealstructure. The selection, matching relation and seal mechanism of the seal materials and structures above-mentioned are discussed. The rationality of structure design and materials selection above-mentioned are proved by the limited cryogenic seal test. Finally the paper predicts the application prospect of all kinds of cryogenic seal structures and presents the hope to develop new seal materials and structures.
