摘要
本文分析了气流翻布机的振动、噪声产生的原因,定性地确定了这些原因的主次;并通过理论计算、模型试验和样机试验,探讨了各种减振降噪的途径,得出了最佳减振、降噪方案,使噪声降低了3~4分贝(A级),从而改善了工作环境,提高了产品档次。
In this paper the causes of vibration and noise of the gas-operated turning overcloth machine are analyzed and the primary and secondary of these causes are determined qualitatively. From theoretical calculation, model test and full-scale sample test. The vatious kinds of vibration and noise control are compared and the best one is selected. The noise is reduced by 34dB(A), the working environment is improved and the product grade is increased.
