摘要
为了提高LDO的负载瞬态响应,本文提出了一种新型的LDO电路结构,该结构提高了系统的带宽和转换速率,从而使LDO的负载瞬态响应和负载调整能力也得以提升。
In order to improve fast load transient response, a novel LDO circuit structure is proposed in this paper. With this new structure, the bandwidth and slew-rate of the system are enhanced. Therefore, LDO＇s load transient response and load regulation ability are improved.
