摘要
以120 tLF精炼炉钢包底吹搅拌系统为例,通过借用电路中的并联原理对吹氩管路改变布置,提出电磁阀组的新概念,改变了传统的单一管道阀门调节。在完成钢水搅拌过程中的气体流量监控、压力监控等功能的同时,操作人员可以根据钢水情况实现对搅拌流量的任意无级设定调节,达到最佳搅拌效果。通过现场运行证明该系统具有较好的安全性、良好的可移植性和稳定性,改善炼钢生产钢水质量。
With a bottom-blown stirring system of steel ladle of 120tLF refining furnace as example, through using parallel principle of the circuit as reference to change the layout of blowing pipeline of Argon, the new concept of solenoid valves is proposed. This ended the history of traditional single valve regulating. In stirring process, the flow and pressure of Argon are monitored, and at the same time, operator is able to implement stepless setup adjustment based on molten steel condition, thus optimal stirring effect is obtained. The practical operation proves that the system possesses better safety, excellent transplantation and stability, thus enhances the quality of production.
