摘要
以79名炼钢和轨梁厂的行车女工为调查对象,另以57名健康女职工为对照组。结果表明,行车女工的免疫功能发生了明显改变,细胞免疫功能(总E花环形成率和酸性α-醋酸奈酯酶阳性率)明显降低(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM均显著增高(P<0.01);血清宏量元素Ca、Mg明显降低。多因素分析和典型相关分析表明免疫功能和必需元素改变与环境因素显著相关,起主要作用的因素为噪声。
79 female crane workers (refining steel works and beam and rail works) were analysed with 57 healthy female workers as compared group. The results showed that the immune functions of the female crane workers had evidently changed, cellular immune function (Et, ANAE) was obviously decreased ( P <0.05), the serum immunoglobulins of IgG, IgA, IgM were obviously increased ( P <0.01) and the microelements of Ca, Mg in serum were obviously decreased ( P <0.05). The changes of the immune function and necessary elements in serum of female crane workers of high work were correlative with the synthetic effects of the environmental factors and noise was the most important one of the environment factors.
