概要综述近几年来植物胞间连丝相关蛋白（ＰＡＰｓ）与动物间隙连接蛋白（ｃｏｎｎｅｘｉｎｓ）的同源性、ＰＡＰＳ的定位、ＰＡＰＳ的磷酸化、以及ＰＡＰｓ的分子生物学的最新研究进展。
The recent advance of the plasmodesma-associated proteins(PAPs). in plants wasreviewed. The homologies between plasmodesma-associated protiens and animal gap junctionconnexins; the localization of PAPs;the phosphorylation of PAPs and the molecular biology ofPAPs were included. The research prospects ofPAPs were forecasted as well.
