摘要
本文通过对余热锅炉水循环动力校核计算、流体型态分析、吹氧工况下壁温校核计算,从理论高度对韶钢3~#余热锅炉爆管的症结进行诊断.并提出了改进措施,消除了爆管问题。
This conribution analyzes theoretically reasone of pipe cracking in No. 3 afterheat boiler of Shaoguan Iron & Stee1 Plant based on hydrodynamic checking calculation of water circulation in an afterhert boiter,analysis of fluid form and checking calculation of the wall temperature under bloning oxygen condition. The paper proposes improvement mea- sures. pipe crecking has been eliminated.
