摘要
分时度假作为一种旅游创新产品,在上世纪90年代初被导入我国后,却引发大量纠纷,大大损害了消费者权益。就消费者保护而言,分时度假立法中必须创设信息披露、冷却期和托管三大制度。
As a new tourism product, timesharing causes a lot of conflicts after introduced into China, which hurt the consumer' s fights and benefits. So analyzing the problem on timesharing marketing and the defects of existing laws can do some foundational work for the future legislation of timesharing. The legislation of timesharing should found three kinds of institution disclosure requirements, cool - off time and escrow requirements.
