摘要
采用正交设计对L-色氨酸生产菌TQ2223的发酵培养基进行配比优化,同时对发酵温度、通风条件等进行研究,确定了该菌株的最佳分批发酵条件。
The fermentation medium of TQ2223, one L-Trp producing strain, was optimized by orthogonal design experiment. Meanwhile the culture conditions such as temperature and aeration were also studied to confirm the optimal fermentation conditions.
