摘要 煤在Rijke(里克)管型燃烧器中脉动燃烧是一个很有发展前途的技术,文章作了简要的介绍。高的燃烧效率、高的换热效率和低的环境污染是其3大优点,用于锅炉热效率可望提高5%~10%和使排烟几乎透明。文章提出了一个理论模型,该模型能对观察到的许多试验现象给出合理的解释。它不仅有说服力地说明了煤床放在燃烧器下半段才有可能起振,且在下L/4处声振最强的原因,也说明了无平均流速时振不起来和声振强度随鼓风与煤床通气性的改善而提高的原因;而且还提出了激起脉动燃烧的反馈机理是煤的燃烧过程与气流速度耦合的论点和应进一步研究煤的速度响应函数的建议。 This paper briefly comments on the research for pulsating combustion of coal in a Rijke type combustor that is an advanced technique with great future. High combustion efficiency, high heat transfer efficiency and low environmental pollution are three interesting advantages of this technique. It is entirely possible for thermal efficiency of industrial boiler to raise 5%~10% and for exhause to realize essentially smoke free. An analysis model on coal pulsating combustion was developed.The present model can be used to explain appropriately many experimental phenomena of the pulsating combustion of coal. Thus far, we can understand that is the reason why when the coal bed is located in lower half of Rijke tube, it is probable that the oscillation was excited and when the coal bed is located at L/4, there is maximal amplitude of oscillation. It can be also seen that draught is requisite to excite oscillation and with increasing blow oscillation becomes larger.Moreover, this paper also presents that the excited pulsating combustion is caused by couple of burning process with gas flow velocity and it is necessary to research the velocity-coupled response function of coal.
