以二苯硫脲为显色剂的低温可逆示温涂料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 合成了显色剂二苯基硫脲,确定了可逆示温涂料的最佳质量配比为:龙胆紫:二苯基硫脲:高岭土=1:40:40.根据此配方配制了可逆示温涂料,并对其性能进行了测试,其变色温度为70~75℃,由粉红色变成蓝色,复色时间为10min. The synthesis of diphenyl thiousea was introduced. A organic thermochromic substance was synthesized. The effect of organic researchdope ,derdloper and desensitizer to the properties of coating were discussed in detail. The properties ofcoating was characterized. And the optimum coatings of the thermopaint, that the gentian violte : the diphenylthiourea : the fillers = 1 : 40 : 40. The color-changing temperature is 70~75℃, and be red to blue, and the color-recovering time is 10 min.
