摘要
基于酸浸在氰化工艺的重要性,针对加酸后PH反应的大滞后从而导致的控制不够准确及时,以某金矿采用无模型自适应控制技术(MFA)成功实现加酸自动控制为例,介绍了无模型自适应控制在PH+大滞后的系统中强大的控制能力。
Acid-immersing is very important for the cyaniding craft, but because there is a long delay for PH reaction after adding vitriol, the existing control is not precise or in time. In this study , we designed a automative control system based on MFA for adding vitriol in a gold minerl in Shandong Province. Using the new control system , we achieved in steady produing and cost decreasing. For an instance, the effective MFA control used in PH+ long-delay system was introduced.
