摘要
目前我国学者十分重视死刑犯权利问题的理论研究,但多为就事论事。本文主要从死刑犯权利的理论依据、死刑犯权利的内容、死刑犯权利的特点等进行初步分析,希望能对我国死刑犯人权保障有所裨益。
Chinese scholars have been attaching much weight to the theory about the rights of capital prisoner at present, but they constantly take the matter on its merits. This article makes a tentative systematic analysis on the problem from three angles about theoretical basis, content and characteristic, which expect to makevaluable contributions to ensure human fights of capital prisoner in China.
