摘要
小麦150GY、玉米50GY剂量γ场处理的种子,在萌发期超氧化物歧化酶、淀粉酶活性峰值出现期提前。低磁(650GS)、高磁(1350GS)处理的种子,提前α-淀粉酶活性峰值及总淀粉酶活性第一次峰值出现的时间。1.2小时微米波处理的种子,在萌发期超氧化物歧化酶第二次活性峰值出现期提前,α-淀粉酶活性出现双峰值,总淀粉酶两次活性峰值出现时间均提前。低剂量γ场、恒定磁场、微米波处理的种子发芽势、发芽率、百株根鲜重及根系活力均高于对照组。
The active peak value of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)and amylase comes earlier,when the seeds of wheat and maize are treated with 150Gy and 50Gy dosage of γfield separaetly.The treatment of low magnetic field density(650GS)and high magnetic field densities(1350GS)make α-amylase active value and total amylase first peak values come earlier.In the emergence stage of the seeds treated with 1.2 hour micrometer wave,the second active peak value of SOD comes earlier,the activity of α-amylase has double peak values,the twice active peak value of total amylase all come earlier.The germination energy,germination percentage,fresh weight per one hundred of roots and root activity of the seeds treated with low dosege γ field,constant magnetic field and micrometer wave are all higher than those of the check.
