摘要
本文分析了影响联轴器可靠性的主要因素,提出用联轴器扭矩储备系数K和螺栓许用安全系数[n]的乘积K[n]值评价采用普通螺栓联接的法兰式联轴器的综合可靠性,指出安装时必须按设计的扭紧力矩扭紧螺栓的螺母。本文还对按我国规范和挪威规范设计的联轴器的K[n]值和螺纹根部直径d_n的计算公式进行了比较,并对我国规范的有关规定提出了相应的建议。
Following a brief survey on the main factors affecting the reliability of flanged shaft coupling, the author evaluates the comprehensive reliability of non-fitted bolted coupling by means of the value of K[n].The importance of preloading the bolts strictly in accordance with the designed torque is stressed. A comparison is made between the K[n] values and the root diameter dn of common bolts required by ZC and NV Rules.Suggestions to amend the ZC relerent Rules are also put forward in the paper.
