摘要
目的研究细胞色素P450和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶在大鼠肝细胞癌形成过程中的变化。方法以二甲基氨基偶氮苯诱发大鼠形成肝细胞癌,测定不同阶段细胞色素P450的含量和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的活性。结果在诱癌过程中,大鼠肝脏细胞色素P450含量呈下降趋势;谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的活性在诱癌早期升高,并且此酶活性在血清中升高早于肝脏,到癌变阶段降至正常水平。结论细胞色素P450和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶在大鼠肝脏癌变过程中呈现不同的变化趋势。
Objective To study the change of cytochrome P450 (GYP450) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) during the formation process of hepatocellular carcinoma in rats. Methods Dimethylamino-azobenzene (DAB) was used to induce hepatocarcinoma in rats. The content of CYP450 and the bioactivity of GST were detected in different stage. Results During the formation process of hepatocarcinoma, the content of CYP450 was reduced in liver. The bioactivity of GST increased in the early stage and earlier in serum than in liver. But it decreased to normal level in hepatocarcinoma formation stage. Conclusion The change of CYP450 and GST are different during the formation process of hepatocarcinoma in rats.
