国产左旋布比卡因腰硬联合阻滞用于剖腹产术的观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨国产左旋布比卡因腰硬联合阻滞用于剖腹产术的可行性。方法选择60例足月妊娠产妇,择期剖宫产术,随机分两组,腰穿穿刺成功后,左旋布比卡因组(LB)缓慢注入(10～15s)0.75%左旋布比卡因1.5ml+10%GS1.5ml,布比卡因组(B)注入相同剂量布比卡因,方向均朝骶侧。观察两组产妇的感觉阻滞起效时间,感觉阻滞最高平面,运动阻滞起效时间以及麻醉期间出现的不良反应及生命体征的变化。结果国产左旋布比卡因与布比卡因产生相同的麻醉效果,但具有更低的毒性反应。
