摘要
目的探讨玻璃体后脱离的彩色多普勒超声显像特点及其诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪对1538例患者进行检查,分析玻璃体后脱离的超声显像特点和诊断依据。结果完全性玻璃体后脱离超声表现可见玻璃体后界膜回声,呈纤细波浪状,不与眼球壁相连;不完全性玻璃体后脱离,超声表现为玻璃体后纤细连续光带回声,并与眼球壁单处或多处相连,视网膜较后界膜回声粗而亮,CDFI显示脱离视网膜可见彩色血流信号,PW探及低阻频谱,而玻璃体后界膜不显示血流信号。结论超声检查可以准确地诊断玻璃体后脱离,为手术治疗提供客观依据。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis characteristics and clinical value of posterior vitreous detachment（PVD） by color doppler flow imaging （CDFI）Methods 1538 cases were examed by CDFI for the diagnosis standard and property of PVD.Results Typical acoustic properties of complete PVD presented clearly the vitreous posterior boundary membrane echo, rugosity and slender wave form, which didn＇t connect with the eyeball wall;Part PVD presented slender and continuous echogenic band behind the vitreous body, connecting with the eyeball wall in a single place or many places,departed retina to compare the boundary film echo was thick and bright, it was clear that colorful blood flowing signal in departed retina,PW explored low resistance spectrum,but the vitreous posterior boundary membrane didn＇t show blood flowing signal. Conclusion CDFI not only exactly diagnoses PVD,but also provides foundation for clinical Diagnosis and operation.
