摘要
目的比较腰椎滑脱椎弓根系统复位后,Prospacer融合和单纯植骨椎间融合在腰椎滑脱复位椎间融合内固定术后7 d、3个月和术后6个月的影像学变化。方法比较术后7 d、术后3个月和术后6个月腰椎正侧位片上滑脱间隙高度的丢失量和滑脱矫正的丢失量。结果术后随访6个月,经两组均数比较的t检验,两组在椎间隙高度丢失和滑脱矫正复位丢失方面均具有显著性差异,分别为P=0.028和P=0.012。结论腰椎滑脱复位椎间植骨融合内固定术后3个月和术后6个月时,影像学上Prospacer融合组在维持滑脱椎间隙高度和防止滑脱矫正丢失方面均优于单纯植骨融合组。
Objective To compare the radiographic outcomes of spondylolisthesis reduction between Prospacer fusion group and Bone grafting fusion group 7 days,3 months,6 months after Posterior Lumber Interbody Fusion （PLIF） and pedical screw fixation. Methods The loss of intervertebral height and reduction of spondylolisthesis in lumber radiograph were compared 7 days,3 months,6 months post-operatively. Results There were significant difference in the loss of interverterbral height and reduction of spondylolisthesis between the two groups （t-test, P = 0.028 and P = 0. 012, respectively）. Conclusion Prospacer fusion group is better in radiograph than Bone grafting group in maintaining intervertebral height and reduction of spondylolisthesis 3 months and 6 months after operation.
